At Prolon Life, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure tracked and insured transit.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
